Transform Your Outdoor Space with Beautiful, Customized Designs
Transform your outdoor space into something you'll actually use.
A beautiful yard doesn't happen by accident — it starts with thoughtful design and skilled installation. Whether you're starting from scratch in a new Lehi or Saratoga Springs build with nothing but dirt and a dream, or refreshing an established property in Provo or Pleasant Grove that's overdue for an update, Summit Lawn Care's landscaping team brings the vision, the expertise, and the work ethic to make it happen.
We design and install landscapes built to thrive in Utah County's unique climate — drought-tolerant where it makes sense, lush and green where you want it, and always crafted with long-term durability in mind. From planting beds and sod installation to hardscape features and irrigation, we handle every piece of the puzzle so you don't have to coordinate multiple contractors.

Full-service landscaping from the ground up.
Landscape Design
Every great yard starts with a plan. Our team works directly with you to understand how you use your outdoor space, what you want it to look like, and what kind of maintenance you're willing to take on long term. We take into account your home's architecture, sun and shade patterns, soil conditions, and water access before putting anything on paper.
The result is a practical, personalized landscape plan that balances curb appeal with real-life usability — and that's actually achievable within your budget. No cookie-cutter layouts, no overselling. Just a design that works for your specific property in Utah County.

Sod Installation & Grading
Nothing transforms a property faster than fresh sod — but sod laid on poorly graded or unprepared soil won't last. We handle everything from grading and soil amendment to sod selection and installation, ensuring your new lawn establishes quickly, drains properly, and looks great from day one.
We source high-quality sod varieties suited to Utah County's elevation and climate, including Kentucky bluegrass and tall fescue blends that hold up to the area's hot summers and cold winters. Whether you're finishing off a new build in Eagle Mountain or replacing a tired lawn in Orem, we'll get it done right.
Planting Beds & Shrub Installation
Well-designed planting beds frame your home, add color and texture through the seasons, and — when planted with the right species — require surprisingly little maintenance. We select plants that are proven performers in Utah County's climate: drought-tolerant perennials, native shrubs, ornamental grasses, and flowering plants that come back year after year without a lot of fuss.
We handle everything from bed edging and weed barrier installation to soil amendment, planting, and mulching. The finish on a newly planted bed makes an immediate, dramatic difference in your home's curb appeal — and we pay close attention to the details that make it look professionally done.
Hardscape & Edging Features
Hardscape elements — decorative rock, boulder placement, retaining walls, landscape borders, and pathway edging — give your yard structure, definition, and a polished, finished look. They also solve practical problems like erosion on sloped properties, water runoff, and muddy transition zones between lawn and beds.
Utah County's varied terrain, from flat valley floor lots in American Fork to sloped hillside properties in Springville and Mapleton, means hardscape solutions vary widely from property to property. We assess your specific site conditions and recommend features that are both functional and visually cohesive with the rest of your landscape.

Irrigation & Sprinkler Installation
A beautiful landscape is only as good as its water source. We design and install efficient irrigation systems that deliver the right amount of water to every zone of your yard — without overwatering, wasting water, or leaving dry spots. Proper irrigation is especially important in Utah County, where summer water restrictions and high evaporation rates make efficiency a real priority.
We install drip lines for planting beds and shrubs, rotary and spray heads for lawn zones, and smart controllers that adjust watering schedules based on weather conditions. New system installation or upgrade of an existing system — we do both, and we make sure everything is dialed in before we leave.

- Do you handle both front yard and backyard landscaping?
Yes — we work on the full property. Many of our Utah County customers start with a front yard project for curb appeal and then bring us back for the backyard. We’re happy to scope out the entire property at once and phase the work however makes the most sense for your timeline and budget.
- Can you work with new construction homes that just have dirt?
Absolutely — this is one of the most common projects we take on, especially in fast-growing communities like Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, and Lehi. We handle everything from grading and soil prep through final planting and sod, so you can go from bare dirt to a finished yard in one project.
- What plants do you recommend for Utah County's climate?
We favor drought-tolerant native and adapted species that look great without demanding a lot of water or maintenance — things like ornamental grasses, yarrow, salvia, lavender, and native shrubs like serviceberry and rabbitbrush. For traditional planting beds, we also work with classic perennials and flowering shrubs that perform well at Utah County’s elevation and in its alkaline soils.
- How long does a typical landscaping project take?
It depends heavily on the scope of the project. A planting bed refresh or sod installation can often be completed in a single day. A full front and backyard design and installation — including irrigation — typically takes anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline as part of your quote.
- What areas of Utah County do you serve?
We provide landscaping services throughout Utah County, including Provo, Orem, Lehi, Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Spanish Fork, Springville, Mapleton, and Payson. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call and we’ll let you know.
