Summit Lawn Care Snow Removal
Reliable Winter Protection to Keep Your Property Safe, Clear, and Accessible
Reliable snow removal so you never get caught off guard.
Utah County winters are no joke. From the heavy, wet storms that roll in off the Wasatch Front to the overnight freezes that turn yesterday's slush into a sheet of ice, keeping your driveway and walkways clear is a real challenge — and a real safety concern. Summit Lawn Care provides dependable residential snow removal services that get your property cleared quickly, so you can get on with your day without worrying about it.
We serve homeowners throughout Utah County, including Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, Lehi, American Fork, Provo, Orem, and beyond. Whether you need a one-time push after a big storm or a full-season service agreement that handles every snowfall automatically, we have a plan that works for you.

Everything you need to stay clear all winter long.
Driveway Snow Plowing
Our truck-mounted plows make quick work of even the heaviest Utah County snowfalls, clearing your driveway from end to end and pushing snow well out of the way so it doesn't creep back in as it settles. We pay close attention to the edges and apron at the street so you're not left digging out the last few feet yourself.
We offer both per-push pricing for occasional storms and seasonal contracts for homeowners who want automatic service every time it snows above a set trigger depth — typically two inches. No waiting, no calling, no wondering if we're coming. We monitor conditions and show up when you need us.

Commercial Snow Removal
A snow-covered parking lot, blocked entrance, or icy storefront isn't just an inconvenience — it's a liability. Summit Lawn Care provides commercial snow removal services for businesses, retail centers, office parks, and HOA-managed properties throughout Utah County. We understand that your customers, employees, and tenants need safe, accessible properties from the moment your doors open, and we build our commercial routes around that expectation.
From small business parking lots in American Fork and Pleasant Grove to larger commercial properties in Lehi's Silicon Slopes corridor, we have the equipment and the crew capacity to handle jobs of all sizes. Commercial clients receive priority scheduling, dedicated account management, and detailed service logs for liability documentation — because when something goes wrong on an icy surface, having a record of when and how your property was serviced matters.
Ice Management & De-Icing
Snow removal is only half the battle in a Utah winter. Overnight temperatures across the valley — from Payson to Lehi — routinely drop well below freezing, turning cleared surfaces into ice rinks by morning. Our ice management service applies professional-grade de-icing product to driveways, walkways, and steps to prevent ice from bonding and make re-freezing far less likely.
We use de-icing materials that are effective in Utah County's cold temperatures without being unnecessarily harsh on concrete, pavers, or surrounding landscaping. Applied after each clearing and proactively before anticipated freeze events, our ice management keeps your surfaces safer between visits.
Seasonal Snow Contracts
For homeowners who want true peace of mind all winter, our seasonal service contracts take the guesswork completely out of snow removal. Sign up before the season starts and we'll monitor every storm, show up automatically when accumulation hits your trigger depth, and keep your property clear from the first snowfall through the last.
Seasonal contracts are especially popular with homeowners in high-accumulation areas like the east bench neighborhoods of Provo and Orem, and the higher-elevation communities along the Point of the Mountain. A flat seasonal rate means no surprise bills after big storm weeks — just consistent, reliable service all winter long.

- How much snow has to fall before you come out?
For seasonal contract customers, we typically use a two-inch trigger depth — meaning we’ll come out any time accumulation reaches two inches or more. If you prefer a different threshold, we can discuss that when setting up your contract. Per-push customers can call or text us to request service after any snowfall.
- What time of day do you plow?
We prioritize early morning clearing so seasonal contract customers are ready to go before the workday starts. For large overnight storms, we may begin routes in the early morning hours to ensure everyone is cleared by 7 or 8 a.m. We’ll communicate with you if timing is expected to be significantly different from normal.
- Will plowing damage my driveway or lawn edges?
We take care to protect your property. Our equipment is calibrated to clear efficiently without gouging concrete or asphalt surfaces, and we use driveway markers on properties where lawn edges or landscape curbing could be obscured by snow. If you have specific concerns about your driveway surface or edging, just let us know when you sign up.
- When should I sign up for a seasonal contract?
The earlier the better — we typically open seasonal contract sign-ups in October and fill routes on a first-come, first-served basis. Signing up early also locks in the best available rate. We’d hate for you to call after the first big storm and not be able to fit you in, so don’t wait until November to reach out.
- What areas of Utah County do you serve for snow removal?
We provide snow removal services throughout Utah County, including Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Provo, Orem, Spanish Fork, Springville, Mapleton, and Payson. Give us a call if you’re not sure whether we cover your neighborhood.
